Accredited JBI Trainers are at liberty to set their own program fees – however, an administration fee<span style="color: #000000"> (see below)</span>  **<u>per registration</u>** is charged by JBI for all participants, regardless of their <span style="color: #000000">JBIC</span> affiliation:

**<span style="color: #000000">High Income Countries - $165AUD</span>**

**<span style="color: #000000">Upper to Middle Income Countries - $90AUD</span>**

**<span style="color: #000000">Low - Lower Middle Income Countries - FREE</span>**

<span style="color: #000000">Refer to the Trainers Portal - to confirm your World Bank Status.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">Please note that the </span><span style="color: #000000">JBIC entity</span><span style="color: #ff0000"> </span>is responsible for ensuring that the administration fees are collected **prior to the course **and the invoice is paid in **Australian Dollars**. We do not invoice individuals – only<span style="color: #000000"> JBIC entities </span>and this occurs following the training. The fee is payable for all attendees who register for the course, not merely those who attend, as the fee covers the administration activities conducted by JBI (creating passwords, processing CSRTP participants, <span style="color: #000000">entering the accredited reviewer database and processing certificates)</span>. The administration fee will only be waived if registrants withdraw a minimum of two weeks prior to the start date of the course and this information is sent on to [**jbieducation@adelaide.edu.au**](mailto:jbieducation@adelaide.edu.au).

We suggest to JBIC entities conducting training collect a deposit (where possible) upon registration covering this fee. We also suggest that <span style="color: #000000">JBIC</span><span style="color: #ff0000"> </span>entities only register participants with JBI when they are certain they will be able to attend the course.
