Trainers are encouraged to plan ahead when contemplating the conduct of a CSRTP and to promote it both within their jurisdiction, on the JBI website and individual JBIC webpages. Potential participants frequently contact JBI about CSRTP in locations other than Adelaide and ensuring that we know about your plans may increase enrolments in your course. If trainers wish to promote their JBI CSRTP on the JBI Global Events webpage and individual JBIC webpages, they are to contact [**jbic@adelaide.edu.au**](mailto:jbic@adelaide.edu.au) following the JBI guidelines located in the **[JBI Collaboration Handbook](//wiki.jbi.global/wiki.jbi.global/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=18055242&preview=/18055242/71239818/JBIC%20Handbook%202021.pdf)**.

With the introduction of remote attendance CSRTP with online videoconferencing software, this may increase the ability for participants from outside of your geographical area to attend. However, where possible, it is ideal for CSRTP participants to conduct their training via their closest JBIC entity (such as one located in their region, state, province or country) so the JBIC entity can develop relevant links and act as the regional hubs for JBI reviews and methodology. If Trainers receive enquiries from participants who are geographically located closer to another entity, we encourage Trainers to refer these participants to their local entity.

Other promotional strategies that can be employed to ensure that you attract participants include the below actions:

1. Contact local Universities and/or target specific faculties
2. Contact local Hospitals
