<span style="color: #000000"> A meeting of the JBI Trainers Network will be convened once per year. This may take place online or in person, although increasingly it is online. JBIC Directors, Deputy Directors and the Trainers Network will be advised by email and via the 'Announcements' tab on CANVAS with instructions to participate in the Annual Trainers Meeting. The meeting Agenda will be posted on the Trainer's Portal 'Discussion' board. At each meeting, updates on the CSRTP and the JBI SUMARI software will be presented along with other important information.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">Each trainer attending will be required to register their attendance and invited to report on their activities and raise any issues that require resolution and feedback on the course for consideration. All trainers are encouraged to attend the meeting as part of their entity agreement. Trainer attendances will be recorded. There must be at least one trainer attending the meeting from each entity who conducts training. </span>

<span style="color: #000000">Minutes of the Annual Trainers Meeting are uploaded in the 'Discussion' portal of the Trainers Portal for trainer review. This can be referred to at any time is required and is a good reminder of the changes and updates to the JBI CSRTP.</span>

<span style="color: #000000">All 'new' trainers to the JBI Trainers Network are encouraged to visit and read previous Annual Trainers Meeting Agenda's and Minutes. These are located in the 'Discussion' and 'Announcement' tabs in the Trainers Portal.</span>
