Accredited JBI Trainers are at liberty to set their own program fees – however, an administration fee (see below) **per registration** is charged by JBI for all participants, regardless of their JBIC affiliation:
**Evidence Implementation Training Program**
*High Income Countries - $440AUD*
*Upper to Middle Income Countries - $200AUD*
*Low - Lower Middle Income Countries - FREE*
**Evidence Implementation Workshop**
*High Income Countries - $220AUD*
*Upper to Middle Income Countries - $100AUD*
*Low - Lower Middle Income Countries - FREE*
**Clinical Leadership Workshop (stand-alone worksh****op)**
*High Income Countries - $165AUD*
*Upper to Middle Income Countries - $90AUD*
*Low - Lower Middle Income Countries - FREE*

Please note that the JBIC entity is responsible for ensuring that the administration fees are collected **prior to the course **and the invoice is paid in **Australian Dollars**. We do not invoice individuals – only JBIC entities and this occurs following the training. The fee is payable for all attendees who register for the course, not merely those who attend, as the fee covers the administration activities conducted by JBI (creating passwords, processing EITP participants, providing evidence summaries/audit criteria and processing certificates). The administration fee will only be waived if registrants withdraw a minimum of two weeks prior to the start date of the course and this information is sent on to [**jbieducation@adelaide.edu.au**](mailto:jbieducation@adelaide.edu.au).
We suggest to JBIC entities conducting training collect a deposit (where possible) upon registration covering this fee. We also suggest that JBIC entities only register participants with JBI when they are certain they will be able to attend the course.
