Once discussed and endorsed by the JBIC Entity Director or Deputy Director, the JBIC Director/Deputy provides the participant with the JBI EITP TtT registration link. Prior to registering, the participant is required to read all the course information carefully ensuring they can commit to the allocated timeframes for Part 1 and Part 2 of the program. The assessment dates are clearly indicated on the registration page. The participant then enrolls and pays for the TtT program. JBIC Directors/Deputy's are advised by JBI on the TtT program registration dates and details via email communication.

**Step 2**
Upon registration, the participant is provided with access to the JBI Learning Management System and completes the online TtT courses and assessment tasks (Part 1 TtT). This must be completed within the allocated timeframe stipulated by the JBI Education team.

**Step 3**
JBI experienced trainers grade the participant Part 1 assessments and advise a pass or fail mark. If the participant passes Part 1, the participant is invited to attend or participate online in Part 2. If the participant does not pass Part 1 of the program, feedback is provided and discussions can take place to provide the participant with future opportunities.

**Step 4**
For face-to-face TtT, the participant is provided with Part 2 micro-teaching sessions to present in front of the JBI facilitator and the training group. The other participants in the group take on the role of 'students' and can ask questions of the participant delivering the session.

For online TtT, the participant presents the Part 2 micro-teaching sessions in front of a camera with a minimum of 2 audience members preferably from the same JBIC entity. This audience can include face-to-face or remote attendance participants. The JBI facilitator/s assess the presentations and if the participant passes Part 2, they are eligible to become a JBI registered trainer. If the participant fails Part 2, feedback is provided to the participant.

**Step 5**
The successful participant receives a program Certificate and access to the JBI Trainers Portal for all the trainer materials and forms, as well as access to the JBI Trainer's Handbook for trainer obligations and expectations.
