<span style="color: #000000">The current JBI EITP Registration Form provides a section for participants to record participant attendance (see green section below). Trainers are required to indicate which participants completed the program. This form needs to be completed within 7 days after week 2 training and sent to the JBI Education team (</span>[<span style="color: #000000">jbieducation@adelaide.edu.au</span>](mailto:jbieducation@adelaide.edu.au)<span style="color: #000000">) for completion and certificate processing. Participant will receive a PDF copy of their Certificate of Completion and additional information via email. </span>

<span style="color: #000000">It is essential for trainers to ensure that attendance at all relevant sessions has occurred. </span>
